    If I'm reading it correctly, it means if you are a single person FC and you delete that character leaving 0 members it will delete the FC and void the house because it has no members.

    See, that's probably what it is. You would have thought that was already done, lol. I was probably blowing it out of proportion because they listed this right above it:

    The authority level for newly created free company hierarchy ranks will now default to “member” rank.

    “Member” refers to the rank of the same name that appears in the hierarchy options for newly formed free companies.
    I probably just took the nomenclature for more than what it was actually saying.
