Are you seriously trying to talk about my FC in a thread about personal housing? There's a pretty big difference between an FC of up to 500 members all pooling their money to buy a house and a single individual buying a house. Of course this is all Squenix's fault by re-using the FC housing system for personal houses and pricing them the same, but if you can't understand the difference between up to 500 people affording something together and just 1 person affording something, then I can't help you any further.

On my server, the bikinis don't go for 4 to 5 million Gil like the small houses do. They don't even go for 1/10th of that money, actually. I don't know how it is on Balmung but there's nothing pricey about the bikinis.

Ya it is expect to happen.

Still SE did mention that they will be adding new Housing servers over time. Sadly I don't think that will be enough considering the limited amount of space for players to obtain housing and the thousands of players competing for that very small amount of space.

It is like trying to register for College classes, hundreds people trying to obtain 1 class but not enough teachers for that 1 class to teach even 10% of the students that want that class.
