Not to crash this party, but what in-game proof do we even have that "The Twelve" are actual gods? We have proof of the Primals god-like powers... Yet the Twelve? When seen hints of who may be one of the Twelve... yet they seem more prophetic (i.e: Wisemen) then Godlike.


If you read into FFXIV's story, A lot of it is "The General Populaze of Eorzea Believes this...." A lot of the information we learn in game is biased through all eorzeans eyes.
