Interesting idea but lets leave the devs to making up skills for jobs, here's the thing though, every time you people put that much thought into an idea, you basically get closer to shutting down the possibility of a mechanic, generic suggestions are fine, but there is a reason companies refuse to flat-out use ideas from their costumers, even if they're good, because its a very big legal no-no, so lets include little less details next time, lest we get something good shut down because of over-active imagination.
