    I'm okay with making special dyes which are a bit harder to obtain than regular ones, but only as long as it's done properly. It needs to be accessible to all, not just the very rich or those who spend 8+ hours a day playing.

    Heh, according to forum elitism, anything less then an ATMA like grind is considered "handing it to you"

    Hopefully SE does make these unique dyes a fun way to obtain, and not yet another gil sink

    Why not a Gold Saucer reward? That's what I assumed they'd be from the start.

    I wish we could dye weapons and shields. There just aren't many good looking shields and almost all are silver or brown. That's not cool when trying to get a shield that matches a specific glamour color scheme.

    I thought they said in the last live letter that the new dyes will have something to do with retainer ventures.

    Exactly, the 4 new dyes we see will come with 2.4 and can be only optained by retainer duty!
    At least so far they have said, maybe they add an other way to get them, but no one knows...

    Edit: it wasnt a live letter, if i remember correct it was on TGS where they answered some questions.
