    Shield Skill Points rewards for guild leves? (Post 1.18)

    Hey all,

    Just a little something I noticed while doing a guild leve, I got an SP reward for sword skill but not shield.

    I can see this is as a future issue, sword and shield skill levels are going to start to skew at higher ranks if us GLAs keep doing higher level guild leves and sword SP rises drastically in comparison to shield.

    Not sure if this is a problem for many of you, but as a tank, I'd like to see my shield skill grow equally with my sword. Has anyone else noticed this? Perhaps for higher level leves too?

    Has anyone else noticed this so far? Perhaps they forgot to implement off-hand SP rewards for guild leves?

    Anyway, other than that, I'm loving this patch! Auto attacks rocks.

    My shield skill is way higher than my sword skill because you can use shields with Con and Thurma so you have more chances to level it.

    True, however, I shouldn't have to level those both just to get my shield skill up and capped. Even if I wanted to, I would still be getting none for leve and now quest rewards either.

    Besides, you must have had it already way up and leveled pre 1.18

    SP is distributed evenly when killing mobs, and even pre 1.18 before rewards, when SP gains were a lot larger, it would skill up with GLA/CON/THM weapons.

    So why would it not be intended for SP rewards either?

    1.18a will give Shield points at the end of Faction/Regional Leves and Behests. That'll help.
