Upgrading ST's item with sand ?

Whould be great to get more item ilvl 110 and more choises in stats, no ?
Myself for exemple, as WHM, I want to do a Spell speed build, for there is some items that doesn't even have the stats.

There is a robe in ST with SS, but if it stay 100 it's not worth-it using it.

I guess ppl with other classes have some problem, like the gloves of ST as scholar are nice.

More choises = players happy.

since im not having luck finding a static, the bis I can get is a lot of ST on my left side. The pants and top have 27 freaking det, that's about 9 str worth for my drg, which utterly destroys the soldiery counterparts, even at 110. I hope so much the next tome set will have det.....
