Right now I'm counting the features that were implemented in 2.3 (since I do now know of the reception and hype of Arcanist at the time and Musketeer isn't confirmed to be implemented soon)

Also, as a point of order, they showed off actual gameplay of Ninja, which received a fairly positive response. We have a quite solid basis for what Ninja will and won't be. There are a lot of holes yet to be filled in, but unlike the two systems you mentioned above, we have hard, tangible evidence that Ninja is quite thoroughly baked.
