Yeah, seems to be a console thing.
It's annoying. It doesn't help on Titan either.
I didn't notice anything different from usual. This might be a result of the speed problem they fixed on mounted goobues. Didn't know that would affect other things though...
sounds like these delays are only happening to controllers, PC or PS3/4, its really annoying. : /
I'm on PC with my PS4 controller, and this issue is really bugging me. Does SE even know about this bug?
Yup, it's the second worst thing from this patch. It really boggles my mind how something so basic, the most basic thing gameplay wise in any videogame, got broken. Seriously they have 3 platforms that use gamepad controls, 2 of them where it's the main input method and somehow this issue didn't crop up during testing at all? Someone should really get new testers or implement a public test server already.
Found a temporary fix. In the System Config, go to Gamepad Settings, and boost the analog sensitivity to 100. I'm still noticing a super slight lag when starting to move, but it almost feels normal. Hope that helps.
EDIT: Another related bug to this is you can no longer jump and then move mid jump anymore. There's a lot of problems with setting this to 100, and jumping/moving is a major one.
