Actually, yes.
We also promise things, and then back them out completely because of bugs that arise, that were not seen until implementation. And we normally don't tell them until the day before, or in most cases the day of (Because we are trying to resolve it, and when you fix one thing, sometimes something else rears its ugly arse head).
Now Yhippa I know this may sound shady but this is the business world, and I work in real life stuff that affects potentially millions of people.
Guess what I feel like pooh, after we promise something and then don't deliver. But in the end, we do deliver, and we improve, refine and re-define the our process in some extremes in order to not repeat the same mistake.
I'm glad I do work in a place that is as forgiving as SOME fellow gamer's. Since they stay with us and actually praise us when we do things correctly, not only shine the spotlight with the power of a thousand suns, when we do something wrong.
