Nexus R&D Thread

Since the game/patch notes more or less tell us to collaborate on getting our Nexus relics...might as well put a thread together with all the results that people have gotten. I'll try to keep the thread up to date.

The "light" seems to have some amount of random variation.

What I've seen/heard so far:
FATEs: Feeble
Boarskin/Alexandrite Maps: Feeble
Garuda HM: Gentle
Ifrit EX: Bright
Leviathan EX: Bright
Titan EX: Bright, Brilliant
T5: Bright
T6-9: Bright, Blinding (kinda disappointing imo)
ST: Blinding, Newborn Star
Expert Roulette: Brilliant, Blinding

So far we know:
- Speculation: You need high-level duties and fates for it to yield light. The higher the better.
- Speculation: You can't spam an instance, as you get diminishing returns. Either this resets after you spam some other instance or it's time reset based.
- Alternatively to the previous statement: Some person got gentle from six T4 in a row. Might depend on demand (like Adventurer in Need bonus).
- Removal of spiritbonding stat from Novus weapons implies the process is a variation of spiritbinding. Probably uses the same stat, too.

Aside from Nexus having potential to be better than any High Allagan with proper stat allocation this is... actually the worst stage yet.
There's already enough people doing Syrcus Tower and Coil. Maybe revitalize Extreme primals but if they give the same amount, then people will just spam the easiest one, Leviathan, which is also already being spammed.
It's possible there's no time reset on diminishing returns and you have to circulate through all instances to reset their status. This is interesting, but essentially means the person that's gonna be there first would have to grind instances all day, every day.

The thought of doing more than one relic seems more and more outlandish by the patch.
