Anybody repeated the same content yet to see if the message changes? I'm guessing this:
A weapon’s soul attunement level will rise by a set amount determined by the activity being performed. This amount, however, may increase each time a certain period of time passes.
means each thing has a daily/weekly reset, and these first messages are the "increased" amount after reset.
