So the best way to grind this is to spam ST?

Actually T4 is probably going to turn out best I'd imagine... 4-6 minutes per 4 light stats... you can get twice as much light easily from that in the same amount of time a ST run would.

When I killed t9, ramuh and titan ex it said "emits a Bright Light" i don't see "bright light" in the list...

The author admitted he missed out "bright light". Bright right below brilliant in ranking.

I hope it's true better than my doubts about is it being RNG I could of sworn I received a different result each time I did the same dungeon.

You should generally get what is the usual light for the content you participated, although for some reasons, which people are speculating either a low % RNG or diminishing returns will yield you a lower light. And there is a low % chance to get newborn star in ST compared to the usual "blinding"

First thing I did yesterday after unlocking the soulglaze was a ST: I got Blinding, so your theory seems unfortunately wrong.

I´d bet there is some random factor to it, as usual..

Seems that way if indeed it's a quota you're filling and no specific conditions.

The step isn't terrible I guess. It just saying play anything really and the weapon will upgrade. The thing I don't like is not being able to see a progress bar. People already found out you need 2000 points, give me a bar tell me x/2000, I want to see it.
