    Have not gone up in old wards. I just bought a medium in LL on Zalera for 10m

    He's showing that all the new plots have already been taken. Can almost guarantee you the older wards are filled by now too.

    Exacty. Balmung didn't have any plots available before the patch. It's been sold out for a long time.

    Small plots yes. But what about the medium and large plots? The price decrease can be quite steep. A few weeks ago a medium plot on Odin went for roughly 5 million for example. I haven't had the opportunity yet to log in today to see what the current state is, however large plots in old wards may still be available for not too much more gil than small plots in the new wards.

    Balmung was full. No plots available at all pre-patch.
