Request for Shields

I see there being a relatively low number of shield options compared to other types of gear available. Speaking from an aesthetic point of view, there are not many truly unique designs especially below lv50.

It can be difficult to find a shield that matches the rest of your gear aesthetically. For some reason, the recent elite hunting gear sets from grand companies do not include matching shields, despite weapons and all other kinds of armor being offered, so again you have to pick from limited options of past shields to go with that set.

I would appreciate a greater amount of shield designs being added that offer a variety of shapes, sizes, patterns and colors. Thank you.

I'd like to see more, but the classes that use them are limited. GLD, CNJ, and THM - and the latter two only occasionally use shields (Post 50 there's maybe one or two weapons total for each of those classes that are one-handed anyway - I don't know off the top of my head if THM has any).

And they're not prone to adding glamour 'weapon' slots.

Well I understand that Odin's shield is coming for glamor. Hopefully they make more things like that. Many glamor sets right now neglect including a shield, so I feel shields are not growing in proportion with other categories of items.
