There's a ton positive about it. There's massive groups of people that work together to get an FC house. Please tell me how big you expect a house to be if you take 4m and crop it down to 800k. Do YOU want a personal house that has a inside the size of a closet, and a lot only big enough for a delux garden? If we're going to talk about money and value to things. That's what you should expect if they add a ward for individuals and base it off current values of current sizes.

Think about it logically for a moment. If you lived in the game and it cost 4m to make that small house on that plot, you can't build the exact same thing on another plot for 800k.

I think we are all done saying this to you but I shall say it one more time. MONEY IS NOT THE PROBLEM. I'm glad to pay and most FC's and individuals alike would be fine if they knew they could get a home through hard work alone. But you can't. Its a matter of luck and being willing to stay up to the crack of dawn on work nights to fight thousands of players for a chance at whatever lot you can grab.

Then you should get a group of people together, and ask for more wards. This release will show Square just how in demand housing for individuals will be, and they will plan accordingly in the next patch. It's called staggering. It makes sense.

You are completely delusional. It was hinted to the players that a NEW system would be put in place to allow players to have PERSONAL HOUSING. This isn't that new feature we were told was coming. It's just FC housing with a setting changed to allow players to individually purchase houses, then they just opened up two new wards. That's all. There's no new content in this, and they released it deceptively, and they KNOW IT. Just look at the top of this forum.

They LIED to us. THATS the problem. They didn't fix ANY of the issues with FC housing, and are just making the original problem MUCH WORSE with this. This is going to make housing even harder for FCs to get now, because you are going to have all of the FCs having to compete now (when they already were losing) against individual players. There isn't enough room to go around. You are totally delusional. There is NOTHING good about this system.
