    The only solution is instancing which means no neighbors or a metric ton of new servers to support a a house for literally everyone on your server. Personally I felt it should be the size of a small FC house and limited to a single garden plot and a Choco stable.

    However I was 100% certain no matter how they implemented this someone would be unhappy, though this is beyond even what I imagine. I'm the only one among my friends who has anywhere near this kind of gil. Disappointing but I know full well there is no easy way for SE to ensure everyone can get a house without really paring down what you can have.

    It seems they have something in the works, I'm not sure what the 2.4 wards will be like. Also even those that could afford say a mansion on their own, why would you?
