Personal Housing Complaint Thread

FC housing and personal housing SHOULD be in the same wards, in order to foster that active neighborhood feel. However, they should NOT be the same houses. Basically, this has ruined the chances for younger FCs to get affordable housing in ANY ward and will make the newest wards complete ghost towns.

I've been looking forward to personal housing for a long time and then I read that it's the same price as FC housing. I have just barely over 800k. The hell am I supposed to do with all this money I was saving now?

It just sad, when you are told to wait for it, and you do, that is really only available to a small percentage of the player base on my server that gobbled up all the affordable housing within the first 8 mins of this patch going live. Disgusting.

Terrible, just terrible. Yoshi, this is NOT REAL LIFE! We don't have to deal with "limited plots", we shouldn't have to compete with the wealthy elite. Plots sold out 10 minutes after the patch went live? Are you serious? People have been saving up since we heard player housing was going to be a thing, and the price cap is THAT HIGH?

Its server specific. I'm on Balmung, a legacy server. It is highly populated ... and this is the thanks I get after being a loyal player on a legacy server waiting for personal housing. It goes to the few who gobbled them up in 8 mins of this patch going live. Supposedly, there was no limit? So many different characters on the same account bought housing as well, leaving people like me with nothing. Only thing available in LL on Balmung are medium to large houses going 32 million plus.

They're going to work really hard on improving their systems, so hope to be able to double the plots by Patch 2.4.

Yeah sure, they had nearly a year to try and make personal housing right the first time.
Do not give us half-baked content. This shouldn't even be half-made...as what I said from above.
They had time for this. How is 2x wards going to help anyone? There was only a mad rush to S houses..So I agree with you.
