Can the quality gain from Byregot's Blessing be calculated?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a formula for figuring out how much gain you get from Byregot's in quality points.

BB's workings are pretty well spelled out in the description. Fully buffed it can be thrice as effective as a basic/ hasty touch, plus the bonus granted from IQ (You can check what level your control gets to fully stacked and work from there as that will change depending on your own control value).

I believe there's a crafting calculator around somewhere (sorry I don't remember where) to map these sort of things out. You should be able to figure out your maximum possible control and what quality increase that gives, then multiply that by 3 (or 6 with GS).
