Actually, no one would be complaining, as Yoshida already explained why there are only two wards being added, so people would just race to get it, and wait until 2.4 until more Wards are being added.

Sorry, but you just don't get why people are upset over this. I don't even need a personal house, I have a FC house that is just myself that I bought for the ridiculous 8m price tag before the 25% - 50% price drop only weeks later, and even I see that this is complete shit.

We should have just got instanced houses or a separate personal housing wards to justify a cheaper cost for small houses, not tweak some things to let single people buy a FC house without access to personal rooms lel.

I agree about how personal housing should of been instanced, and the worst thing about not instancing personal housing is the fact that the Dev's already knew that the current housing servers cannot even support enough plots of land for all the FCs desiring houses; add 2 Wards and double the total wards for 2.4 and even in 2.4 the amount of plots of land will be NO WHERE NEAR enough for personal housing demand and the later and later it takes them to come up with resources to provide more plots the more the demand will continue to outgrow the supply... It's a snowballing effect and the Devs are just going along for the ride thinking a miracle will eventually happen. Only time the demand will stabilize with the supply with their current method is when enough people quit to where everyone who still plays already has a house.
