    I can't believe this pointless thread is still going strong lol.

    They took away my Resurrection, nerfed my Miasmas, and then made it so that my Aetherflow could be dispelled. Yes, SMN was overpowered and as much as I hated the nerf I wasn't an unreasonable moron and understood that it had to be done in the name of balance.

    My 2nd main is WHM. Ever since the begining of PvP I knew how powerful healers were. Crazy OP. Those of you crying over this need to learn how to play your job better of you think you're defenseless as a healer. Healers are the hardest jobs to kill....

    Lastly, you need to get it through your pea sized brains that they didn't "take away your ability to defend yourself", there's Sprint, PvP abilities, heals, learn to use em. They also didn't take away your damage capabilities, they just made it so that you can't switch between healer and DPS roles on the fly. You can still do damage, it'll just be as gimp as DPS/Tank heals.

    If you honestly don't see why that awesome PvE ability is too much for PvP, much like SMNs Raise and AoE heavy, then you're too deep in your delusion for anyone to ever knock some sense into you. How would you feel if instead of removing Cleric Stance, they added an opposite for each DPS and Tank role that lets heals do 1.5k+ like healers. That'd be pretty broken eh?

    It's not really big deal to me with the change, I rarely ever use Cleric in pvp because I don't like taking the risk of not switching back in time because it has a 5 sec CD..

    I still don't agree with it being removed because its handy if you run into a 1v1 situation but that's my opinion.

    MRD are only decent when they have full buffs up. Otherwise they're just meh. They're good because they're basically a DPS that sacrifices a little damage output for a little survivability but I wouldn't call it an overly powerful job.

    I am playing the Warrior right now, but I think they are next in line for the adjustment. It may be the the Defiance itself or it maybe the Storm's Path's potency (down to 25%) depends on how they look at Maruader. We wont find it out until Rogue and Ninja are here, so probably 2.45? Warrior is like meele version of Scholar, jack of all trade and master of all (Offense, Defense, Healing) in direct comparison to the Paladin.

    Played a few rounds of pvp lastnight and honestly, not having clericstance didn't effect my abilities to 1v1. The only thing it did was;

    - took longer to win the 1v1's.

    - freed up spots on my hotkeys.

    - made it easier for me to micro manage Eos.

    These minor changes will not deter me from continuing to play SCH in pvp.

    I imagine they wouldn't bother trying to balance open world pvp. It would be too much, materia, i110 gear etc.

    After playing white mage the other night, I realized that, personally, this was a nice change. I play on PC w/ controller and my set up has always had Cleric Stance on the left directional button and Divine Seal on the up directional button. There have been numerous times when, in combat, I'd hit up for Divine Seal yet it would register with Cleric Stance instead. Now, nothing happens as CS is grayed out, so I won't have that problem again.

    i see your point, however Sprint and PvP skills are not a 100% end all answer because 90% of the time if you're being focused, they all just get wasted, and equanimity just becomes equivalent to a Surecast
