If you want personal housing to be smaller and cheaper, than just buy a small house as your personal house. Why are you complaining when there are plenty of people who want large personal housing. Does it bother you that much that others have the option to buy large personal housing?
People wouldn't care nearly as much if they weren't lead on to believe it'd be ALOT cheaper than it was announced.
