Spike Flail is an endgame focused Free Company on Ultros server. Our main goal is to excel and succeed at FFXIV's endgame scene, to be at the cutting edge of content and, hopefully, win many a server first clear.

Raid Times: Spike Flail is home to six raid groups that clear Twintania on a weekly basis. You can see each individual group's raid times and opening by clicking here!

US Top Ten Twintania Clear

As a whole, Spike Flail has fifty+ Twintania kills to 2.2, with our Group 1 and 2 downing her 20+ times.

Recruitment Needs:
- HIGH NEED for a White Mage
- Paladin OR Warrior
- Dragoon OR Monk

Turn 9 experience, a working microphone, and being pro-active and having raid awareness is required.

Our expectations:
We expect our raiders to keep up with most of the latest theory crafting on their classes and stay on top of the ball in min/maxing as much as possible. We want to be on the cutting edge of content and while we're not looking to be the first in the world to clear things not being too far behind the best progression is our ultimate goal. We hope to play with people of equal mindset and gauge our applications accordingly.

At this point in the game, and what with 2.2 around the corner, we are requiring you to have ilvl90 and have killed Twintania in order to join Spike Flail.

About Us:
We've all been long time MMO players and the leaders of the FC were extremely avid players of FFXI which is actually how all of us met to begin with. Through every MMO we have had high expectations for our own skill levels and we're using our endgame MMO experience to be a great free company in FFXIV that plays at high end levels.

Can you please add your recruitment status to your post? Your post makes it seem like you need people but your website says your recruitment is closed, for 24 man anyway. Thanks!

Although recruitment is closed we would highly suggest applying for 8 mans as it's by far the best way prove to us you have what it takes. The roster is likely to change drastically over the next few weeks as people find their footing in game and decide whether this is the game for them or not or if they think somewhere else may be a better suited home for them.

Our three coil groups are progressing every week to turn 5 within an hour. We're still looking for two scholars to completely round out our FC for some Twintania progression!

Bump, we're looking for 1 SCH for our group 1 and 1 PLD and 1 WHM for our group 4. Group 1 clears turns 1-4 coil in approximately 1 hour and is looking for an exceptionally skilled player while group 4 is a newly formed group which is accepting geared players who may have yet to step foot into coil.
