The rng generator appears to be regional and time based.
Using random zone jumping every 5-10 fates netted an atma every 20-30 fates. (I have seen 2 100 fate gaps but those were rare)

Best advice, pick a number of fates you are comfortable doing in a day and stop after you hit that point. Good luck on "banging your head into the desk part 2: the second lump"

This was verified. Yoshi-P said himself it's purely RNG. There are no Japanese time theories or any of that nonsense. RNG is, always has been, and always will be RNG.

I agree with you 100%. It's totally RNG based and I have personally always thought that it was. But what about what I said earlier. Does the % of RNG change based on the participation level? Gold, Silver, Bronze? Or do you personally think that it's a flat % of RNG regardless of the participation?

I wouldn't even want to spend the time investigating. Should anyone make claims I would assume they are falling foul to the biased opinions described in one of the Dev. posts some time ago.

When I finally decided to buckle down and grind out my Atma, I did something similar to this. Instead of X number of FATEs, I relegated a select amount of time. I gave myself three hours each day. After the five I had already earned months ago before giving up on the whole process entirely, I actually managed to get the other seven atma stones in half a week! It's all about pacing.
