Fantasia purchase: OUT of options on Mogstation

I was directed by a GM to post this on the official forums, as I am getting bounced around from CS to GMs. I'll admit, I have been indecisive about my character so I've kinda played a little race roulette over the past few months since coming back to the game. I've purchased the 1,3,5 variants from Mogstation so I am of course SOL in terms of character tweaking at this point.

I've asked for a ITEM RESTORE on a phail and the GMs keep telling me that it can be purchased from the Mogstation, customer service keeps telling me to go to a GM to get an item restore request. I'm just frustrated at this point with the lack of communication between these teams and the fact they DON'T READ what I send, they just reply with a canned answer and just forget about it.

I'd appreciate an actual response from customer service..I don't think what I am asking for is too much. I'd gladly pay, that's not a problem..and if I can't get a restore, when do you expect to get around this ridiculous limitation?

Yes I know I shouldn't have been changing races like underwear..but I just want my little lalafell back ANY info would be appreciated. This was really the first time I contacted support, and I was not impressed at all, thanks.
