Stuck in Main Quest Missing Key Item

Stuck in Main Quest for Secret and Lies. Missing the letter from my Key Items I assume from a 90K Error. Sent a msg looking for a GM and they just said to file a bug report. This should have been a quick fix.

After 90K Last night I went to bed.

Steps:
Was questing got a 90K when I woke up and tried to hand in the quest I was missing the Letter Key Item. Need key Item added or the ability to abandom my quest to start it over!

OK made a new Char but its Monday during business hours and the wait for the fix is BS. Its a small thing and noone even replied all morning.
