What is obvious from the way you communicate here, is that you do NOT know how to give acceptable advice to anyone. You may think you are polite, but you are NOT.

Your hatred for new players is coming thru loud and clear. You want to treat them with contempt, but unfortunately, the rest of us strong rejects to your mean-spirited ways.

Not sure where you got all of this. Now you're being mean to me by saying all this stuff. lol. So you can say that vets are mean but if you say newbies are mean then you're a bad person?

EDIT: Also I don't give advice unless asked for it. I've said it many times in other threads. When people ask for it they tend to be grateful. I'm talking more about what I've seen happen between other players.

What experience? Other than making some blanket statement about new players prefaced by "from my experience", probably experience confused smurf trolls with green sprouts. There is no experience you can speak of or verify. All we know is you do NOT like new players, and you would NOT even give then the benefit of the doubt.

If you believe new players deliberately want to be mean and rude and act like trolls, then you might as well believe the babies are evil. The two are clearly analogous and irrefutable. These things can happen, just like people can be hit by lightning, but to make some blanket unqualified statement like that is to ignore the fact that these things are really really on the fringe and that is not the issue and not what the OP is talking about.

Just because there could be two sides to some things, it does NOT make the two side equal. It is a false equivalence to state the new players can be mean too in response to what the OP was talking about. And blaming the OP for his problem is clearly mean, and blaming the OP because of some other troll is even worse misappropriated anger.

I never said that I didn't like new players. I never said I wouldn't give the benefit of the doubt. I never said that new players want to be mean. I never blamed the OP. You're putting words into my post because we'll...I'm not sure. Maybe to try to prove some point to yourself.

If you got nothing better to say, sometimes it is better to not say anything.

When you post vaguely that newbies being mean, you are saying the OP is mean, or the OP is at fault. Just like lighting can strike some one or babies can be evil. This kind of false equivalence has no point other than to distract and falsely put the blame on the wrong parties. This is FUD is just cover for people to be irresponsible.

No I'm not. You're deciding that there is some sort of hidden meaning behind my words. Either way, I'm correcting you now by saying that it doesn't say or mean that. It means exactly what it says.

It is a fact that it is mostly the older players, vets who are mean and rude in parties. Everyone knows this even amongst us older players we all know this except apparently you based on your original comment. Your not coming across as lazy, your coming across as misleading and applying misdirection trying to change that fact in favor of the older players despite the reality being contradictory of such a stance. .

The example you gave added to this by your pushing the melodramatic tone of it up ten notches and the entire thing seems very unlikely as I have said.

Never said I didn't like vets being called out. It seems to me that you guys are being defensive as you didn't want to hear an opposing opinion on the subject. When you post on these forums there will be opposing opinions. There is no rule against it.

Elim, do you not see the irony of your blaming new players yet it is the non-new players you are arguing with? Given the amount of non-new players who disagree with you because they find what you said to be wrong or misleading goes to show one of two things...either they all haven't experienced what you claim to the extent of what you claim or your simply rare exception to the rule in which case one must wonder why only you seem to be having the issues you claim in here when a larger amount of the non-new players here oppose your claim and have not had the same experience so are disagreeing with you. Could be implied that something specifically your doing is causing your issues with new players given how many are saying your wrong here and given that it is not the new players calling you out on it...or your trying to claim a rare example is a larger issue and happens more often than does in reality. The reality is it is mostly (not always but mostly) the older players, vets as you call it being the ones rude and impatient, obnoxious and raging in parties/groups. I will leave it at that.
