No I think you don't know how it works. Cerberus and Excalibur are in different datacenters. So, yeah, they will never see each other. Now, he could see YOU, since Malboro is in the same datacenter as Excalibur. But he won't see the OP.

dont play important role in a dungeon is my advice (no tank or healer) and if you dont see your hate on a boss then you gotta re think if it is your gear or your rotation is bad & fix it (usually it is bad rotation)

IMO, lvl 1-30 gear is junk. You can practically equip w/e you want and never die in a dungeon. Just make sure the lvl of gear is somewhat relevant to the content your doing (dont do a lvl 25 dungie with lvl 10 gear, etc..) run the same dungeons over and over again to get the loot drops to keep let side gear fresh and updated. I roll'd with lame ass gear all the time during those lvls and did absolutely fine. Left side gear is all that really matters for the most of the game and right side can just be filler till you hit 50.

Um... You are aware that Lodestone won't show you people's dungeon gear, right? It shows what people logged out in, which generally means whatever cosmetic gear they wear around town. Now, it does sound like Jonik may indeed be undergeared, but you were being awfully presumptuous to just assume that would be the case. Of course, not everyone will have separate cosmetic sets they wear just in open-world content, but it's pretty common (particularly pre-50 when glamour isn't available).

Actually it's pretty uncommon, I doubt more than 10% of the playerbase switches to town clothes and removes their accessories before they log out. It also doesn't display the gear that you logged out with but the gear you were wearing when the site last refreshed.

It doesn't matter what gear they got. Leveling up to 50 the first time, whoever it is, if no one is helping you, you are going to be undergeared for that first run at any dungeon. That is why you are going into the dungeon to get geared up. People can not afford to be ripped off on the MB over and over on their way to their first 50, nor do any of the NPC sell anything worth darn and NPC items will never be better than dungeon loot. People getting upset at other not being geared is just people being mean to new players without justification. Everyone was under geared at one time.

Don't play Tanks and healers you mean? We're in desperate need of tanks and healers.
The DPS outweighs the others roles, hence why DPS wait 50 years for a que.

You seem to be over estimating the influence of accessories. They are insignificant compared to that of your left side and pale in comparison dramatically compared to that of your weapon.

As OP said, he hasn't been playing much longer than most and already it is clear that it is thoughts and expectations like this that lead to unnecessary aggression. I also chcked OP's character and it is quite sufficient for dungeon runs. However, I could see that due to OP wearing a spiritbonding ring that players may be lead to believe that OP is doing dungeon runs simply to spiritbond and not so much for progression.

Alternatively, you can stop by the Shadowwarriaz FC in Plot 6, Ward 2 of Gridania if you need help or a FC. We typically don't do leveling as most of the leadership is done w/ that, but we are a mostly social FC that can offer advice on most jobs and we have a few crafters to help you right your gear.
