So, the Dragon Quest event is out again right now. and the Lodestone post says I can buy the King Slime Crown from a "toughie" at X12:Y8 but the only npc's I see are Halvak Alvak and the Chocobo handler. When I talk to Halvak Alvak he does not provide any options to buy the crown...

I already did this event last year but the crown was not available then. Am I not able to get it now?
