About Equipement and skill who incrase speed

All in the title,
i am looking for something to incrase the speed of the character,
If it's a skill what is the class i must take, what the rank i have to reach ?
(i wonder if there a reference about all the skill of the game anywhere ?)

And also may be there is equipement to increase the speed ?

I'm not sure if you mean attack speed or movement speed. I'll answer both:

The only means of increasing attack speed that I know of is the LNC ability Speed Surge which it looks like you already have. That said throwing in special attacks like Heavy Thrust or Broad Swing effectively give you bonus autoattacks and increase your damage output overall.

Movement speed is increased by a few abilities. All gathering classes have an ability that gives 30s of moderate increased speed ('Quick') on a 30s timer whenever resource nodes are 200 yalms away or more (about two grid squares on the map). In addition, ARC have Quickstride which gives 30s of immensely increased speed on a 3min timer, which can be used by all magic and war classes. The only other one I know of is the trait Fleet of Foot, which I think is LNC and makes your active mode speed about as fast as your passive mode speed.

promotion item when the game came out if you were a 11 player you could have linked your acount and gotten hermies shoes that increase run speed by very very small amount ><

currently there s only 1 skill for Haste and that is speed surge, LNC only i think
since there is a Slow spell already, im putting my money on that there will be a class or Job in the future with Haste or "Hastega"
