2 Questions for Bards

I've used it about 3x since I've started playing bard. 2x for Titan HM and 1x for Garuda HM (duty roulette trials). Both healers down each time and the Primal was at less than 10% HP. So people were spamming in party chat for me to use my LB. I only use it when I am asked or if I see we are in desperate need of it with a chance of winning if we get everyone up. However, those that were knocked off the platform with Titan are just SoL in this situation...

I've used LB3 a lot. Usually when most of the group is dead and instead of letting the healers raise everyone one at a time, I'll just use it and raise them all at once. Of course, everyone usually dies again shortly after anyway, but hey, at least I tried. And using it usually gets me killed (thanks long animation!), so it's a last resort type thing.

I used it just two nights ago on a Garuda Extreme.

We were just running a couple people in our FC through (it's been a LONG time since we'd last done EX primals). The spiny plume is mishandled and kills a lot of the raid... a couple more fall in the next transition/killing the razor feathers. I'm told to use BRD LB, the entire raid comes back from death and we win.

I never have needed to use it on mine, generally I find that simply using MP regeneration song to assist the healers is good enough as by that stage they have geared enough and learned enough to manage their MP better and by proxy keeping everyone alive/healed reasonable well. This is not to say I may never need to use it but I don't feel is a requirement at this stage to ever do so based on past experience, also people tend to want to save LB for the other classes during most fights, the BRD LB is one that is least asked for or desired amongst the various LB types in my experience. I also find that by the time everyone has started wiping, someone has already used LB prior to that stage and I cannot use it afterwards anyways.

I've rarely used it or seen it used. Most of the time someone does use the level 3, it still ends up in a wipe.

It's also pretty useless in frontlines pvp.

1-Have you ever had to use your LB?

If so, how often, or do you remember the last time you use it.

My answer: I used mine once over a year ago (No joke)

2-How often do you see dps not use their dmg LB when they need to?

My answer: 95% of the time.


P.S. This is not a topic to beg SE to give Bards dmg dps, it's not gonna happen ever so why bother?

You should spend less time counting limit breaks and a little more time lvling some jobs you have played over a year and you have gotten one job to 50?
