Why can we only give out one player commendation?

Let me guess, you also kick level 15 tanks from Sastasha because they can't hold aggro?

Nah, I fully expect to rip hate off tanks even when they do flash and mark targets because low-level threat generation can be awful (especially against pro dps ). Good tanks stand out and get my commendation though.
