Vylbrand's Red Fleet is a FC from 1.0 that's going to begin to put emphasis on new endgame as it comes and helping those that need help getting to this endgame. We're a small group of roughly 10 members total, but we hope to grow large and be able to fill multiple groups.

We have a LS that is completely open to newer members as well which we will provide upon request. Entrance to the FC itself will follow some basic guidelines:

-The ability to show up on time and be prepared.
-The ability to take constructive criticism and actively apply it.
-The ability to respect your FC peers, while not being overly easily offended.
-The desire to gear up and progress.
-The ability to dodge and follow orders.
-The ability to ask for help when you need it.

The plan for this FC is to be one that is more than willing to help those that want to be helped, and in turn are eager to tackle content at it comes out. Keep in mind that this is a newly renovated FC, and as such many things are up for negotiation and still under consideration such as scheduling, looting rules and FC hierarchy. If you're interested in joining an endgame oriented FC or a LS(open to everyone) that's willing to help those that want to be helped, then hopefully this will interest you. The idea is to be strict so that we might progress at a steady pace, perhaps even cutting edge, but still understanding.

The basic flow will be that if you're interested, you'll be invited to the LS. Anyone of any level can be invited to the LS, and it's highly encouraged for anyone and everyone in the LS to ask for help if they need it. Once you feel you're ready, you'll be put under a 2 week trial to see if we think you're able to perform in an organized endgame environment. Don't pass the trial? Don't worry, you can try again whenever.

The environment of the FC and the LS will be 18+. Be able to take a joke, don't be "that person." Other than that, let's shoot for a relaxed but dedicated Company.
