Not sure where to put this

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the game or if I'm bugged. In Central Thanalan I'm seeing a character kills mobs from underground. I can barely make out the name and the AFK tag. Is this a bug?

The character moving underground is a bug. It used to be seen a lot more often, and it existed in 1.0 as well.

The AFK tag means it could be a bot, but it's not for certain. There are bugs around this, mainly from using a controller. You might as well send in a report just off the afk tag alone, but SE isn't really doing much about bots, so don't expect much.

in your main menu in the game you will see a section called "System," scroll all the way to the top of that section to where it says "Support Desk." from there go over to "Contact Us." once in there scroll down to the "Report Cheating" section and then fill in the form with all the relevant data that you can remember about the incident. Once that is done hit the submit button and from there the impetus is on the Games Staff to deal with the issue.

This is all based on the assumption that the individual is a bot. The easiest way to confirm whether the individual is a bot however is to try to send them a /tell message asking if they are stuck or what not and waiting to see if they send a reply to you asking for assistance.

Yeh that is most definitely a bot. If you can't make out their name to report them just target the mob they are killing and you should be able to see their name on the Mobs HP bar. I've been seeing them in Central Thanalan as well on my Server.

Also if they have the Chair icon (which is the afk symbol) and are still moving and doing stuff, then its a bot considering it goes away once you move or type.
