Hyperion Housing Full

My friends and I own a small FC which we have been levelling up in order to buy a small house but we unfortunately discovered that there are no longer open spots (In any zone) on our server.

This was a huge selling point for us with FF14 so we are looking for other ways we could get one. Is it the same situation on every server?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most of the lesser populated servers have plenty of housing wards that are empty still. I can only speak for Lamia server, but most housing zones wards 3-6 are pretty much barren here.

We decided that we are going to transfer to another server, we usually pick high population servers but due to the housing situation we are kind of fearful of it.

I know you said Lamia was a lesser populated server but is low to the point that you wont see anyone in the world, towns/cities, or doing fates?

It's lesser in that there's less of a hardcore endgame crowd. Most of the players on Lamia tend to be casual players who tend not to rush through content at breakneck speed. There's a good amount of players in towns, Revenant's Toll, doing hunts, FATEs, primals and other group related content.

Just don't expect it to be extremely crowded like Behemoth, Gilgamesh, Hyperion or Leviathan. It's also not as easy to get a random 2nd coil run going here due to the lack of experienced players, but if you're not focused on that primarily its a great server to be social. Very friendly environment and most of the players that are regulars know each other so there's a lot of tight knit bonding outside of FC's that you don't really see on the highest populated servers.

As of right now Gilgamesh has:
Lavender Beds between wards 2-6 25 open small houses
Mist between wards 4-5 has 3 open small houses
Goblet between wards 1-6 has 47 open small houses

Just in case you were looking for a server closer to the population you are used to.

Moogle is pretty busy / populated server but still have plenty of plots available in all 3 areas, almost none of the newly added in wards 6 has sold as of yet.

The last I heard about housing was that Coerthas will become available for FC and Private housing after 3.0 launches, so if you don't mind waiting a bit there's always that. You can even use the time to save up and be the first on your server to buy a mansion there.

Balmung has been full constantly. Ward 6 filled up in only a few hours after 2.3. *stares at 2.35 patch notes angrily* The FC I'm part of is starting to get backed into a corner too. We have the Gil. Only there are not enough wards being added for the larger servers because lesser populated ones are standing empty. Seems to me it would make sense to add more wards to populated servers that need them rather than trying to keep the numbers even across all servers.

Logged into jenova just to check out the housing situation there, only to find out what i discovered actually ticked me off.
In just wards 1-6 in the goblet there was maybe 9 houses taken TOTAL between all 6 wards, seriously???????? can you maybe throw BALMUNG some of those damn ward servers SE??????
Prices for smalls started at 920k, not even 1 freaking mil, let alone so much space its insane, thanks SE, ya...

My Free Company is also homeless... we saved up about 15 million to buy a medium plot, but by the time we'd saved enough, all the housing was gone again.

SE, this is ridiculous. It shouldn't be too much to ask that FC housing is available to all FCs... otherwise, why make content exclusive to FCs with housing? It just makes no sense.

We need more housing wards ASAP.

Devs, when will new wards be added?

If no additional FC housing is coming anytime soon, then can we expect to access that content through personal housing? Getting tired of being locked out..
