    It's not a give me what I want now (previous post has been properly submitted by the by). There's time to find a solution that is amicable for everyone, part of it is still communication though. I think the biggest reason I'm as ticked off as I am is simply because I asked these questions in multiple places and was subsequently ignored only to have what I didn't want to happen, happen.

    I am sorry to hear that, really I am. I know that this event means a lot to people. The chance to meet and congregate with people from online outside the game and see face to face the person. Thats why I am disappointed in how all this was handled. I really am saddened by how it was handled. It could have been and should have been dealt with differently, Including IMO not having the cash grab VIP option at all. I completely agree with your point too that they are horrible at communicating and horrible at being transparent. I am not trying to downplay any of these points at all. I just wish that rather than "complaining" (I will use quotes because maybe thats not what you are trying to come across as) that perhaps a more constructive and useful method of feedback was provided. Perhaps starting a separate post laying out what was done wrong what could be done in the future to improve and even what was done right. That way a specific post laying out everything in a non-bias/thoughtful/constructive leaving out personal grievances and focusing on what actually caused those issues to provide an avenue to prevent such things from occuring again. Will it solve your issue now ? Probably not, and I think that going through the forums probably wont solve much of anything regardless. You could try contacting customer service through live chat but like their communication their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You could try contacting eventbrite or using the contact event host on their site. But I have little to no faith in them solving your issue I do have faith though in voices like yours preventing things like this from happening to you or anyone else in the future though.

    If I insulted you I apologize that was not my intent and I will try to be more careful with my words in the future.
