Is there any way to log off of game on another computer? Can't get in.

Sorry if this is repeat but I couldn't find any information. I can't log onto my character because I left the game open on another computer that is logged in. Is there any way to get in on the computer I am on now and log out of the other one? I won't be back at that other computer for some time.

I am having the same issue. I keep getting the message that tells me the other instance will be logged out, but it never happens.

If you log in to the account management site (account.square-enix.com) and add a token to the account, the token will kick the other person off. You can download the app for free on the Apple of Google Play

You can also call up your ISP and ask them to reset your modem on their end. Generally they'll tell you to reset it on your end but you can just say you've tried it and are still getting issues.
