Spiritbond Freeze Issue

Date and Time: 12/9/2014 12:00pm AEST,
it began to happen after patch 2.2 if I didn't remember wrong
Frequency: all the time

Steps:
Spiritbond equipments will have high chance (higher than getting tier IV)to cause freeze to happen.
When freeze happen, all commands are grayed out, can't log out game. Basically can't do anything except moving character. Have to quit game from task manager.
It happens once to me when I was trying to repair in a battle job, I assume whenever to do that spiritbond action (two hands close, and light effect pops between hands) can cause the same problem, which means desynthesis may cause it also but not met yet.

I tested on my PC and laptop, happened on both. It's really annoying, please fix.

This has happened to me once as well (while converting an item to materia). I thought they had fixed this, but perhaps not. In any case, I'd like to add that (in my experience anyway) zoning also fixes the problem (though it can sometimes be even more inconvenient since you can't sprint, mount, or teleport).
