    Annoying flicker/scrolling lines issue

Hi everyone, i seem to be having a few graphical issues after i upgraded my graphics card yesterday. Went from a GTX460 to a GTX760.

The issue is that i have constant flickering/scrolling thin lines covering my screen. They are fairly subtle but are very pronounced when looking a dark areas (shadows, market board window, anywhere the color is grey/black). I tried playing Half Life 2 and WoW and neither have this problem. Alt tabbing to desktop removes the problem. Looking at a screen shot from the game, i don't see any lines. Playing in window mode and alt tabing so i have another program (eg: google chrome) covers half the window of the game removes the problem also.

I have tried setting all the graphical settings in game to lowest as well as change from windowed/fullscreen. None of these have any real effect on the problem. Turning all the settings to lowest made the lines even more subtle, but they can still be seen if I look closely. Turning on V-sync / triple buffering has no effect.

I have checked my drivers and all of them are up to date. My GPU is not overclocked.

    Any suggestions?

Unstable GPU, underclock and/or RMA (Return to manufacturer)

    My GPU is not overclocked.
Did you determine this by comparing the Reference clocks listed on the nvidia web page for that gpu, vs the clocks the card actually uses?

Any deviation from the reference clocks is overclocking, Factory overclocks are often borderline stable.
