    based on about 6-7 hours of play right after the 2.38 became available, I've found out so far that Primal EX Garuda and Ifrit hard both dropped gentle lights. no confirm on levi yet though as he is the next near farmable one. Syrcus Tower, and EX roulette both dropped blinding light messages, while Hard Roulette and Easy Roulettes dropped Bright messages.
