Shuffle Party Members?

Just wondering if we could shuffle party members ourselves on screen when in a party?

I hate it when the tank is at the bottom of the list, easier to F1 myself then F2 the tank and move dps to 3/4/5 etc.

I don't use a keyboard for targetting myself but people have said this is a major issue. So I agree please fix.
