    Sigh, again Zantitrach I never once said it doesn't get run , all I talked about was the queue time, and for whatever reason you decided to repeatedly tear me apart over it.
    All I said is that when the third raid for it comes, it's unlikely to get done
    If the queue times can get horrendous now, it will be a lot worse when CT3 is out

    what if instead of adding sands to ST they put them in CT? another possibility...atma drops in CT?

    It's hard to read another person's mood over the Internet but, just based on excess of caps, bold words, and the way you're typing, I feel like you're blowing this out of proportion.

    That was just his opinion based on his own personal experience, you said yours based on your own personal experience, both are valid.

    I'm not blowing it out of proportion. I'm merely responding to the posts. However, people choose to keep responding to me but not reading what I type, thus the bolded words.

    The bold words was to emphasize certain points that, seemingly, weren't getting read. Yes, both experiences are valid. Again I never said they weren't. However, he further elaborated, and that is the only thing I've ever disputed.

    That's all I said. And I stand by it. It has a typical dungeon queue. If you're not playing when other people are however, well. Can't help you. But it doesn't mean that its rarely queued for.

    Also, again, the bold is just for emphasis so the important parts do not get overlooked.

    I would rather do fates than CT actually I would rather do anything that isnt CT, it is a crap house. Players dont listen they do what they want they dont care about the mechanics etc. Currently XIV has is and continue's to have bad designs to its systems/game etc. XIV is missing its direction and needs to focus more on that than adding anymore content that isnt better thought out.

    I apologize for the wrong assumption then.

    Either way he's talking about 2.5 when the third CT instance will be added, there will be little reason to run the first CT, I also believe less and less people will participate there unless they need to.

    so everyone says screw it. CT [not ST] is my favourite dungeon...just gotta find some friend who are willing to run it.

    Not really, we've had long time MMORPG players posting serious concerns about the use of such progression at least as far back as closed beta. They just chose to do it arbitrarily because of World of Warcraft. It's why every developer does it. The developers were new to the western MMORPG market and proceeded to make the same decision every other dev has made for the last 8 years. That does not make it a good move. It has not done the trademark case for this kind of progression any favors.

    Also, playing or enjoying the game as it is right now is not a form of consent to the progression method because high-octane vertical progression effects the future state of the game more than the present.

    Yeahhhh... IMO they make content out of date WAY too fast. I actually like the idea of adding rare mount drops to old content though. I'm doing the first coil on my tank for the mount achievement. So it does help the content crawl a little further before kicking the bucket.

    I'd want to see the raid retuned to work with the 3 tank, 6 healers, 15 DPS set up currently followed for Syrcus Tower.

    Allied Seals do need to be spread out, but my fear for CT is that people would try to force others to speedrun it if you were to put allied seals as the reward for clearing it. Mind you, this would get people to stick around to the end but it would have to be somewhere between daily hunts farming and mass killing of A rank mobs to be seen as feasible (something like 40-45 seals per run, maybe).

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
