Atma farming 850+ hours! Is it alright or this game is unfairly broken?

Hello I want to find out how long is alright to farm for 1 atma weapon!
I have used my Zenith Spaira since first day of Zodiarc quest came on game.
And I have spent 168 days just to farm 12 atma stones.
I have used many different strategies and as we'll japanese strategy.
I have worked out that every week I have spent 20+ hours on atma farming and I had 3 Holliday weeks when I spent on each 150+ hours on farming atma. In result it works out that I have spent approximately 850 hours just on atma farming.
I want to know what will happen if I want to aquiere second atma weapon?
Because that time and work what I have put in atma weapon is far Mach more than I have ever heard from anyone.

....and I think combined totally I spent not even a day on them........ just actually do the farming and dont come to the fourms to cry ........

My first set of atmas took a couple of days and my second set of atmas feels like it may have taken a couple days more.

By day, I refer to just a few hours on and off which is what I am assuming that not just OP is doing but just about everyone that is complaining on the forums and over exaggerating it.

Just like for OP, saying hours or days spent means nothing. Give us real numbers big boy, amount of fates done, no one can over-exaggerate those as the numbers are provided in game.

The gaime isn't unfairly broken but people that often use "unfairly broken" in forums are very special.

As Zhy has states its VERY hard to believe its been that long id lie to see an actualy date stamp for this....for my first atma grind it only took me a total of 17 days... of casual play atleast 3 to 4 hours of play time dedicated to just farming fates....

It's believable, just means somewhere out there someone got 12 atma in 30 minutes. OP is the unfortunate one on the low end of the bell curve RNG graph.

The more important number is how many FATEs have you done ^^ .

You can find this under achievements.

Edit: If what Marik says is true, and you have indeed not completed 1000 FATES, the I am afraid you are either greatly exaggerating, or you played very, very, very slowly ^^;;; (1 FATE per hour??)

That being said, I did have 1 of my 24 ATMA take 350 FATEs (OMG) ... but I had 2 that dropped on the First FATE and perhaps 5 drop within 15 FATEs

You'll have to forgive me, but I'm not very inclined to believe your exact timing of how many hours you've spent. Unless you simply only participated in a few select FATEs when you farmed for your atmas. Your Lodestone says you haven't achieved the 1000 FATE achievement yet, you seem to have your atma weapon already in hand.

I'm sympathetic to the "atma plight", but for only so long. During the time the atma portion of the quest came out, I've farmed 3 sets of atmas. Nothing really to brag about because it's not, I've seen someone with all the atma weapons already. During the time I spent farming those three sets of atmas, I did every available FATE in the zone I was in that I could successfully make it to in time. Respectively speaking I farmed my atma sets in 26ish hours, 46 hours, and 20ish hours for each set, going in 1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set. Added up together that is 92 hours total within 14 days total spread out. That's 2 weeks and 92 hours within that 2 weeks.

I'm not discrediting anyone who hasn't gotten their atmas yet, since I'm not there to witness how they play. However I do feel some people just lazily go in a zone, do maybe 10 FATEs, freak out when they don't get it and move to another zone, thinking they spent 20hrs in that zone doing 100 FATEs. You truly have to be dedicated to this quest, to this portion of it in order to obtain what you want. It's not hard at all, it's merely a time sink (not a very well implemented one). So my question is now, did you really spend 850+ hours? By chance do you have screenshots of your chat log with timestamps? Just not quite sure I really see this as helping the community out, this thread topic that is... :/
