It depends what targeting mode you are in. If you're using a Gamepad and Targeting Mode A Autorun + the Confirm button changes to Enemy mode. I'm not sure how to change modes using a keyboard in mode A, but in Mode B hitting up/down changes the targeting mode on keyboard and gamepad.
