Spiritbonding crafting/gathering while in party - please change it

Spiritbonding while in a party grants no benefit to crafting or gathering, but you still receive the penalty to your spiritbonding rate while in a party. This serves no purpose and makes players have to leave parties whenever they want to craft or gather if they want to gain the full benefit of spiritbonding. It's quite a pain.

Please remove the penalty to spiritbonding while in a party for crafting and gathering actions.
