Couldn't agree moreWith how execution/mechanic intensive the fights are in this game, it's less about playing the class and more on playing the mechanic... which diminishes the whole gear progression and being proficient at your class.
There's nothing "teamwork" about hoping person A doesn't get caught in an explosion that causes a chain reaction. From what I've seen, there's very little team/party interaction in a lot of the mechanics that are causing players problems, and more emphasis on "hope no one in the party messes up".
