Having a normal store in Jeuno with the store for NIN/SAM downstairs that you needed a special item to get into. Or like the HQ/stores/etc. in Norg for the same NIN/SAM Tenshodo reps. I think it would make sense given how Yoshida described it? Just my guess ^^

It does sound like it. I also recall Tenshodo having a warehouse in Port Bastok. I'm sure they had one in all the other nations as well. I just don't remember...

Nanaa Mihgo was the windurstian rep for the tenshodo if I remember correctly you see her "base" only through quest cutscenes though and couldnt enter it otherwise she was located in the mithran district of windurst.
