    Screenshots keep failing (PC)

    Would anyone know why I keep getting a "Screenshot Failed" error?
    I am on PC, windows 7, and taking screenshots seems to only work intermittently for me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

    I am not sure how to solve it or why it is happening, I have a lot of free HD space (130+ gb free) I am not in a cutscene or any party or queue or anything just standing around the goblet it is not working.

    This has been happening a lot for me, and I only see old posts from 2013 related to the PS3.

    antivirus software interfering with the writing of the file perhaps?

    I have a sort like problem with screenshots, i dont get any error and it seemingly works fine... but when i check the actual screenshot all i see is black, there is no picture there's only black and it happens everytime i make a screenshot
