    One-time password invalid?

    Logged in last Tuesday using my software token. Today, the system refuses to accept that my software token's one-time password is correct. Tried re-synching from the app menu, no dice. Still displays my account is the one in use. Have not re-installed or changed anything about my phone, but locked out from playing as a result. Verified multiple times I entered correctly and that the timer was still running (token wasn't expired), but no dice.

    Very frustrated, I use OTP for security, not so it can lock me out. How to fix this? (Don't have Emergency Removal Code jotted down, kind of want the token to just function.)

    Don't have Emergency Removal Code jotted down, kind of want the token to just function.
    Theres a reason for these codes and this is one of them.

    you will need to contact accounts support and provide the information requested to have the OTP removed from your account so it can be readded.

    That managed to resolve it. Hadn't expected Square-Enix to respond so quick, super happy I can play again!
