Maybe the quest when you complete all the beast tribes.

When you complete all tribes ranks, you unlock allied quest, once done gives you a cool eye glamour piece, and you can buy the new minions from each of the tribes

yes you have to hit rank 8 in all beastmen that means maxing them all and doing the extra quest. then you can buy the extra minion from all beastmen vendors for 25k gil
